Leadership Opportunities

Chair

  • Supports the ERG in executing goals, initiatives, and events
  • Liaises with campus partners and drives alignment to remove roadblocks
  • Drives recurring core team meetings
  • Researches and defines specific strategic initiatives that will help to accomplish vision, mission and success metrics

Treasurer

  • Track all APACT budget expenses, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure the budget is transparent and accessible
  • Partners with HR regarding expenditure requests and reimbursements

Secretary

  • Records and distributes agenda, meeting invites and meeting minutes
  • Prepares correspondence
  • Facilitates and organize events

Events Chair

  • Develops a calendar of events at the start of the fiscal year, ensuring all planned activities are included in the annual budget request
  • Organizes, manages, and facilitates events

Professional Development Chair

  • Plans and communicates opportunities. Identifies relevant professional development programs and resources to the membership
  • Collaborates with the Events Chair to plan, organize and execute professional development events

Membership Chair

  • Cultivates relationships with the members
  • Recruits new members as needed
  • Maintains the membership list
